Suçun aydınlatılmasında delillerin ve olay yerinde delilleri bulmak ve tespit etmek için yapılacak eylemlerin sorumlusu polistir. Olay yerinde polisin son derece profesyonel ve kusursuz olması gerekir. Delillerin tespiti ve değerlendirilmesinde teknik ve bilgiler ne kadar artarsa artsın olay yerini korumakla görevli ilk ekibin soruşturmadaki kilit rolü değişmeyecektir. İlk ekip yaptıkları ya da yapmadıklarıyla soruşturmanın kaderinde etkili olacaktır. Yaptığımız çalışma kapsamında polisin hizmet içi eğitimindeki olay yerinin korunması ve incelenmesi dersine katılan polislere anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgular da göz önünde bulundurularak hizmet içi eğitimlerdeki olay yerinin korunması ve incelenmesi dersinin daha yararlı ve verimli olabilmesi için bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.
The police are responsible for the activities through which the evidences are recovered, as well as the activities of finding and identifying the evidence. In the crime scene, the police should be very professional and carry out their tasks without any mistake. In the process of the identification and evaluation of the evidence, no matter what level the techniques and knowledge are improved, the key role of the first response team who is responsible for the protection of the crime scene will never change. With the actions they do perform and they do not perform, the first team will be effective on the result of the investigation. In the scope of our study, the survey was carried out amongst the police officers who attended the crime scene protection and investigation courses in the in-service-trainings. By considering the results of the research, recommendations are presented in order to make in-service-trainings on the protection and investigation of the crime scene more useful and efficient.
