Özet

Today, the use of scarce resources in the economy in an efficient and productive way is the main condition for the economies of countries to sustain their existence in a highly competitive environment. The efficient and productive use of resources at the national level constitutes the main pillar of increasing national income, and ultimately total welfare. Efforts to increase economic efficiency and productivity will lead to welfare in the long term, and poverty to reach this. On the other hand, economic structure is one of the foundations of State order, and nowadays the concept of the economic order itself has lost its validity. The expansion and complexity of economic activities have become important obstacles to sustainable economic growth. Economic public order should be ensured, in order to prevent social interests from being damaged in the competitive battle. The creation of economic public order in the markets, as well as the efficiency and productivity in the use of resources, constitute the driving force of growth, which leads the State to intervene in the economy with economic law enforcement. In this context, the study will focus on economic law enforcement interventions to increase economic efficiency and effectiveness, which form the basis of long-term economic development. First of all, the importance of economic law enforcement in providing economic public order will be tried. The importance of economic efficiency and effectiveness for balanced growth, and the reasons for the intervention of the State in the economy, will be examined from a wider perspective, in order to ensure economic efficiency and productivity in public economic theory. After 2000, on the basis of scarce resources, it is seen that Turkey's rapid economic growth or the use of effective and efficient. In this context, legal and administrative arrangements to increase economic efficiency and productivity in Turkey will be discussed in detail.
