This talk introduces a practical five micro skill framework listening, summarising, framing, question quality and closing to reduce friction at key moments like tasking, briefings and escalations. Drawing on decision science and organisational communication research, it shows how small, repeatable communication behaviours build trust, clarity and action across public private crime fighting environments.
